Training is a skill and like any skill, you must start with the fundamentals. CONSIDER THIS: You wouldn’t start rappelling down a cliff without first learning about hand and foot holds or belay technique.
It’s the same with training. if you’re new to exercising. You’ll learn the basics and build a strong foundation as well as self-efficacy and then we’ll progress from there!
